I bought this roller foam , not knowing what exactly to expect, but thinking my husband who is chronically tight in his shoulders and neck could somehow use this. A Christmas gift for a man who has everything, I was surprised by his daily, if not twice daily use of this roller. It took him about a week to figure out how best to use it for maximum benefit and now has no idea how he ever lived without it.

The item just arrived the day I expected and it was packed well. I have not issue with the item since it has good quality with the cheap price and it works as described. I highly recommend this item.

This is a good tool for some light self massage of the arms and legs. It’s not gonna dig deep but it will provide some gentle massaging after a run, lifting or as they mention, tennis. It’s very light weight so it would also be great to throw in a suitcase for travel.

I love this roller so much. I sleep like a wild beast and often wake up with a stiff neck. It's like pulling teeth to get my husband to massage the kinks out, but with this roller, I don't even need anyone else! I keep it by my bed so that when I wake up sore, I can just roll the pain away. It's also so handy the day after the gym when you wake up and can barely roll out of bed. The double sided action really makes such a difference.

This roller is very High quality not like all the cheap rollers that feel cheap, it can really expand so if your worried about it going around your thighs do not worry. I also finally found a foam roller that is perfect for my legs, I can roll my legs fast and pretty much target my entire leg from my hip down to my ankles. The 4 rollers make it very efficient and it does not take me 20 minutes to target every muscle. I Foam roll before the gym and it actually stretches me out and triggers all my muscles to start working so I do not cramp. For the arms it works really well, I have very bad tennis and golfer elbow, so every since I've used it I have been getting experiencing less and less pain. No tension what so ever. Its not the best to roll the neck but its good to use it as pressure points for the neck, so the 4 rollers give it a nice balanced pressure point.
